Welcome to my blog! Here, I’ll be sharing my tips and tricks on how to make small star bit screwdrivers. I’m a big fan of DIY projects, so this is the perfect place for me to share my knowledge with all of you. Trust me, if I can do it, you can too! Let’s get started!
This is a guide on how to make a small star bit screwdriver. You will need the following materials:
-a small star bit
-a drill bit
-a screwdriver handle
First, use the drill to make a hole in the center of the star bit. Next, use the drill bit to make a hole in the screwdriver handle. Then, insert the star bit into the handle and screw it in. Finally, use the screwdriver to remove screws.
What You Need
-A Phillips head or flat head screwdriver
– wire cutters (optional)
1.Take your screwdriver and place the tip into one of the notches on the side of the star bit.
2.Gently twist the screwdriver in a counterclockwise direction until you feel it “catch” on the notch.
3.Now, using your pliers, grab the end of the screwdriver and apply gentle pressure while continuing to twist in a counterclockwise direction.
4.You should feel the star bit start to loosen its grip on the screws.
5.Once it’s loosened, you can remove it by hand or with your wire cutters.
Making the Screwdriver
In order to make the screwdriver, you will need the following supplies:
-One small star bit screwdriver
-One black sharpie
-One Phillips head screwdriver
-One set of pliers
-One small block of wood
First, take the black sharpie and color the tip of the star bit screwdriver. This will help you to know where to start when you are making your screws. Next, take the Phillips head screwdriver and place it in the anvil. Make sure that the handle is pointing up so that you can easily grip it with the pliers. Take the block of wood and place it on top of the Phillips head screwdriver. This will protect your anvil from getting damaged when you are hammering on the screws.
Now, take the hammer and gently tap on the screws until they are flush with the surface of the star bit screwdriver. Be careful not to over tighten them or they may break. Once all of the screws are in place, your new screwdriver is ready to use!
Attaching the Bit
Use a small star bit screwdriver to remove the hex screws (three on each side) holding the battery cover in place. These are the same screws you’ll use to attach the bit.
Using the Screwdriver
To use the screwdriver, first determine which size and style of bit you need for the screws you will be removing. Next, insert the bit into the handle of the screwdriver. Finally, fit the tip of the screwdriver into the head of the screw and turn in a clockwise direction to loosen or remove the screw.
